If you can’t have a customer service number could you at least have a live chat facility? I love BooHoo but it needs to keep up with the times….very frustrated

I ordered 83.00 of clothes on sun the money was taken out of my acc on mon but still not recieved anything ive not got a order number as it didnt issue me with 1,i am no very happy with this service!! I also need a number to speak to an advisor over this matter which is well out of order
