I received an email from boohoo on 13/10 saying I would receive my refund £71.00 within 5 working days, I am still waiting. I have sent so many messages but do not appear to be getting anywhere. Please can this be resolved asap or provide a number so I can speak to someone. I need this money a sap.

Hi ordered on the 14.06.2015, delivery said 3-5 working days I still haven’t received it and it’s the 21.06.2015. I am going on holiday tomorrow so want my order here by tomorrow as it should of been here by Friday at the latest. If it is not here by tomorrow I want my money back and I want to speak to someone on phone as I will not have my holiday clothes and will want to be compensated for this.
