Don’t waste your time, Boohoo have made sure you can’t contact them by phone, only social media or from their website. They don’t respond straight away (I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for what is supposed to be an instant response.) What is it coming to when you can’t even speak to someone when you have an urgent query!
They are a fraudulent company. I just found a charge on my account from them and have never heard of them before now. No real company information just a fake on-line store front. thieves.fraudsters
i don’t see the point of ordering and paying for next day deliver when i still haven’t received my items and also how can i get my money back for what i haven’t received?
Don’t suggest people to order from this company as you don’t revive your parcels and plus you can’t even contact this company as well 🙁
I ordered a dress in 2 sizes, paid for next day delivery, they never came got intouch with the courier they say the parcel was sent to my address and they are not responsible in anyway, its up to the retailer, which I cant get intouch with, so now Ive lost my money. This is a bad company when u cant get hold of them. More needs to be done about this.
I sent an item of clothing back 2 months ago and didn’t get a refund not got item number but it was a dress I actually sent two and received money back for one.
I also am chasing a item of clothing ordered for a young person I look after in work and it was supposed to have turned up Saturday but still hasn’t arrived it’s being delivered to 17 farnworth road great Stanley Warrington , can you please chase these please .thankyou mrs Debbie Hodgetts.

I have received my order for next day delivery order number xxx95674 i have only received 2 items out of 3 I’m still waiting for the (jen woven sports shift dress size 8 can you please check that this item has been sent separate to the other parcel that i have already received thank you
Pointless to call, this number isnt CS they just tell you to contact online! It comes through to a reception Tried twice now and got told there not even based at the same place and theres literally NO telephone staff.

this company has took money out of my bank i wont to no why s i havent ordered any thing from them
