ordered 2 items last friday for next day delivery and they never turned up. Still have not arrived. Have ordered twice more and still have not turned up. Customer service very unhelpful and and awful service.

Returned items to Boohoo on the 06/07/15 parcel receipt no GRAE7TV traclking. Have not received an email or refund from BooHoo yet. Please advise as to when this will happen please

Just got email to say delivered to neighbours , neighbours at work so not him as Hermes have said delivered to his flat and calling card left in my door. Well suprise no card no nothing and Hermes don’t want to get involved SO WHERE’S MY ITEMS

had 2 emails sent say they came with my parcel but ive been in all day both days and nothing no card either
