How do i contact Techair?
We all here @customersunion use techair backpacks. Wanna know why? One of us had one for 8 years, but finally it broke. He was so happy with the bag that he went to their website to buy a new one. There he noticed they had a “full lifetime warranty” so he dropped them an email. Fast and smooth they asked for some proof (photos) and finally sent him a brand new bag completely free of charge. (international shipping to Spain). We completely trust and recommend this company. Good customer service is sadly rare today and should be supported.
