Hi I have paid to advertise in the wedding services section. It’s not posted & instead it’s sat in my drafts. Either send my advert live or refund my money. Simples. I’ve tried live chat a few times & it doesn’t work. Will try one of the endless phone numbers I have found on Google! Fingers crossed

I have posted my ad for car for sale, I paid for feature and 5 days on Ive not had a single call form potential buyer… I cant find my ad. I cant get hold of you on phone. please let me know what to do.

I’m disappointed I’ve been ripped off by Gumtree I placed an ad they said it’s in the wrong section I paid £15 then I had to pay £15 again all I want is a refund on my original £15 which I think is fair but can’t get through to anybody when you emailed them they don’t even reply to emails is disgusting for the company the size
I agree with gumtree problems as well. 3 times on live chat and cut off. A Thomas H twice and a guy called Christian. I’m trying to phone a customer service adviser but getting nothing. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. That an virgin. DISGRACE.
I posted my add about 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to go live
I payed for my ad to get bumped up to a front page spotlight space, payed the money got a receipt but it never got bumped up and is currently 7 pages back we’re no one can even find it. So I’m not getting any feed back from customer from gumtree.

I have posted ads recently. The emails from gumtree are taking hours, and sometimes days to come through. I’ve replied to them but not had anyone get back to me. What’s going on??

Tried to start a live chat to see why I have no live ads and there is one that I have paid for twice to ‘bump’ it. The details I put in to chat were deleted. Re input and again deleted. Getting no where. Also had interest in advert but don’t think my replies are being received.
There’s an ad placed in my name and tel no. But i have never heard of this company let alone placed an ad. All contact nos are no longer recognised. Disgraceful.
All i keep getting when trying to post an add is about website content not allowed ,even though there is no website content ,pretty bad ,gumtree useless
BEWARE OF GUMTREE….Paid £84.98. The ad was never uploaded. The live chat does not work and the phone are automated response. Hopeless waste of money.

I paid for ad yesterday it is not listed and cannot contact anyone to find out what is happening . No real people at end of phone only pre recorded messages which are no help at all.
What a pathetic website. You would expect excellent service from such a big company . I’ve paid £15 to place my ad but my ad has not been advertised. I’ve tried the live chat but you don’t get anywhere with that it just doesn’t go any further. I’ve tried all the numbers to try and speak to someone but all the ridiculous numbers don’t allow you to speak to a person then eventually it just cuts off.

Well I am really disappointed with gum tree, after 3 of my ads being removed I called them up asking for the reasons why? The guy had told me that he can’t see anything why my ads have been removed but told me I have been removed off gum tree and I can no longer use my account. I asked if there is anyway of unblocking my account and he told me no, as it’s nothing he can do.
Very unprofessional and quite rude. I will be going to trade and standards about this

I am sorry to hear about your problems with Gumtree, I too am having difficulties with them and have tried to speak to a human so many times now. In your post you have mentioned that you spoke to a very rude guy. Could you please share how you managed to get hold of this guy? Rude or not, I want to speak to him and see what the hell they are doing.

Hi. Why have you change the motors categories as I now cannot find motorcycles and scooters. It is now extremely difficult to find the category I require. It now takes 5 times longer to find a category on motors.
I go on gumtree app about 20 to 30 times a day but the way you’ve changed the motors category I will no longer use gumtree. And it so difficult to contact gumtree iv been trying all day.
I also. Been trying no one answers phone just stupid machine wanted to report a scammer this morning the usual apparently wants what im selling but wotking on oil rigs and he put money in my paypal and he send a courier good job my brain was at its best this morning
I posted this ad 1159017444 for the second time, and I have paid for it….all I did yesterday was edit my fee from £25 ph to £20 per hour and it’s been deleted. its only been posted for 3 days. I have spent half the morning calling 4 different numbers listed for you guys and just keep getting a machine no matter which option I choose. this is so annoying believe me.
I know the issue, as I have posted this exact same ad before. someone thinks I am writing essays for people. please re read my ad. I am a teacher, I teach people how to write essays, do grammar, and various other English skills. I do not do it for them…..I am so angry about this…again…
and I also have to add, when people are paying to advertise, the least you could do is email them asking for clarification if you believe something is being done wrong, before deleting their ads.

I’ve tried to put an add on gumtree 3 times and still not on ,is the option of live chat ? Or do you have to phone
